We welcome Canberrans’ support to offer billeting and/or transport during CIV 2026. If you are able to offer billeting and/or transport, please complete the form below.
- Billets: Some festival attendees have financial constraints and are seeking to be billeted in local Canberra households for up to 6 nights (12 to 17 January). Students will be given first priority for billets.
- Transport: Some festival attendees will need assistance getting to and from the camp, such as via private car pools. See the Festival Details page for information on the camp.
While the CIV Committee will facilitate billeting and car pool transport matching, the individuals involved (billet hosts, drivers and festival attendees) are expected to communicate with each other to agree ground rules and ensure they are comfortable and safe to accept the arrangement. Ground rules for billeting may include matters such as arrival and departure times, meals, transport and visitors. All festival attendees are required to comply with the CIV 2026 Code of Conduct.
